Dr. Nouli Xenitidou completed her studies at the Athens School of Medicine in 1983 and obtained her specialty in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Alexandroupoli and at Tzaneio Hospital of Piraeus in 1989. Since then she has worked with dedication in the private sector, initially at Mitera Hospital and from 1996 at IASO Maternity Hospital.

Dr. Xenitidou has specialised in minimally invasive surgery, successfully performing gynaecological and obstetric procedures including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic operations. She also provides exceptional care for high-risk pregnancies and is a strong advocate of natural childbirth.

Beyond her professional career, Dr. Xenitidou had the privilege of being trained by one of the great teachers of Obstetrics and Gynaecology — her father. She is also the wife of a great visionary and the mother of three remarkable children.

Dr. Ioannis Doulgerakis is an Obstetrician–Gynaecologist with professional experience in Greece and Sweden. He graduated from the English-language Medical School of Comenius University and began his clinical career in the Surgical Department of the General State Hospital of Nikaia.

He continued his training in Sweden at Linköping University Hospital. He completed his specialty in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Centralsjukhuset Karlstad and at the Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm — ranked 1st in Europe and 5th worldwide.

Following his specialty training, he worked as a consultant in Sweden, gaining extensive experience in the monitoring of low- and high-risk pregnancies, in gynaecological surgery with emphasis on laparoscopic and robotic procedures, in colposcopy, and in the management of complex cases including reproductive gynaecology and endometriosis.

During his specialist training he was responsible for supervising medical students and served as Head of the Gynaecological Emergency Department.

Graduate of the Military Medical School of AUTh (1988-1994, with distinction). He served at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and as a unit physician in Veroia, obtaining his specialty in Orthopaedics in 2004. He has participated in numerous conferences across Greece, Europe and the United States, and is a member of ISAKOS and EEA.

He specialises in arthroscopic surgery, joint surgery (knee, shoulder, hip) and traumatology. In 2011 he joined the Department of Digital Reconstructive Surgery at Euroclinic Athens (CAS), and in 2016 the corresponding department at Metropolitan Hospital.

He served as Director of Orthopaedics at IASO (2017–2022), and from 2022 to the present he is Director of all Orthopaedic Departments at IASO.

Dr. Michail Papacharalampous is an Internal Medicine Specialist with expertise in preventive medicine and advanced diagnostic technologies. He is Director of the Department of Preventive and Personalised Medicine at PPC, and Founder of the Department of Precision Medicine, Prevention and Longevity at IASO Hospital.

He is the Owner and Scientific Director of the Orthoviotiki Polyclinic, President of the Open Health Alliance, and Founder and General Secretary of ESAAM. In 2019, in cooperation with the Laskaridis Group, he introduced the OSTEOSTRONG system in Greece (for osteoporosis, sarcopenia, kyphosis and balance).

Holder of a degree from AUTh and a postgraduate qualification from King's College London. Since 2002 she has been based in Greece as the founder of the Natural Health Clinic. She is an active member of scientific societies and an established columnist.

She organises Healthy Nutrition and Exercise Boot Camps and designs menus for educational institutions including Anatolia College. She is the author of the book 'The Recipes That Changed' and the originator of the Baby Boom Event.
